Mom's Cauliflower Casserole

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups Cauliflower florets, partially cooked
    2 - 4 second sprays Olive Oil Spray
    1/2 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned
    1/2 Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1/2 cup Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

Par-cook cauliflower.
Spray baking dish with 1-4 second spray olive oil spray.
Spread cauliflower florets in baking dish.
Spray with the 2nd 4 second spray.
Sprinkle remaining ingredients over the top.
Bake at 350*F for 20 minutes or until crusty & golden. Makes 4 servings.
