Wheat Biscuits

Introduction

taken from the Better Homes and Gardens cook book with some changes. Used wheat flour and lactose free milk and some sweet and low. taken from the Better Homes and Gardens cook book with some changes. Used wheat flour and lactose free milk and some sweet and low.
Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    3 cups wheat flour
    4 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1.5 packets of sweet and low (or equivelant to 1 tbsp)
    .75 tsp of cream of tartar
    .75 cup of butter
    1 cup fat free milk

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Cut in somewhat softened butter.
3. Add milk and mix by hand.
5. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick and cut out dough.
6. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until browned.
7. Let Cool and enjoy!
