*Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)
Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp (Use coarse ground mustard)
Garlic, 1 clove
Salt, 2 tsp
Pepper, black, 2 tsp
White Wine Or Rice Wine Vinegar, .5 fl oz
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
Skewer chicken length wise and save left over marinade. Grill skewers, pouring extra marinade over chicken after about 5 minutes.
