1 egg white
1/4-1/2 cup oat flour
garlic powder to taste
mushrooms, sliced and chopped
green peppers, sliced and chopped
onions, sliced and chopped
no salt tomato paste
2. Saute' mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions.
3. Mix tomato paste with Mrs. Dash and spread on crust.
4. Top with vegetables and chicken.
5. Put on wire rack and bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
