Introduction

This is my version of burritos, trying to be as low carb, low fat as possible. This is my version of burritos, trying to be as low carb, low fat as possible.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    ground beef
    refried beans
    chopped raw onions
    green taco sauce
    shredded lite cheese
    light sour cream
    low carb high fiber tortilla

Directions

Brown ground beef in skillet. Add refried beans, heat and stir. Remove from heat. Add chopped onions. Warm tortilla on burner heat. Spread 1/2 cup of the meat/bean mixture in the tortilla. Add remaining ingredients. Fold tortilla (fold bottom up, then fold left side over, fold right side on top.).
