Introduction

when I need an extra boost of fruit and veggies I drink one of these. This makes 2 helpings. when I need an extra boost of fruit and veggies I drink one of these. This makes 2 helpings.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 apple
    1 cup orange juice fresh squeezed, or a whole orange, or 1/2 cup orange concentrate.
    1 cup spinach, can use frozen
    1 serving low fat vanilla yogurt, or yogurt of your choice.

Directions

Throw all of it in a blender and mix. Ice is optional. The yogurt will make a thicker drink.
