Quick "Chicken Hot Wings"

Introduction

I needed something spicy for lunch, high in protein and low in fat and carbs. This is what I came up with I needed something spicy for lunch, high in protein and low in fat and carbs. This is what I came up with
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    One 4-ounce Chicken Breast, no skin, no bone
    1 Tbsp. Kraft Light Mayo
    1 Tsp. Frank's Hot Sauce (or more if you want it really spicy)

Directions

Spray your pan with non-stick spray. Cook your chicken breast in a pan until done (juices run clear). I cut mine into strips when in a real hurry as it cooks faster)

While it is cooking, mix the mayo and the hot sauce together.

When chicken is done, slather the mayo/hot sauce mixtures on the chicken.

Eat!
