1c rye flour, dark
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 c sorghum (NOT molasses)
1.5 c nonfat milk scalded (2 min. in microwave)
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp gluten (helps it to rise good)
2.5 tsp yeast
2 tsp caraway (optional)
Once out rub the top with butter.
