    I can't believe it's not butter, cooking & banking, 4 tbsp
    Agave nectar, maple, 1/6 c
    Sucanat, 1/2 c
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Sea Salt, 1/8 tsp
    Egg white, 3 tbs
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    Oats & Whey vanilla protein powder, 3/4 scoop
    Rolled oats, 3/4 c
    Flax Seed Meal 1/4 c
    Wheat Germ, 1/4 c
    Dark chocolate, 60% cacao, 75 gram(s)
    Cranberries, dried, 1/4 c
    Walnuts, 1/4 c

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. In large mixing bowl beat butter for 30 seconds. Add agave, sucanat, cinnamon, baking soda, & sea salt; beat until combined. Beat in egg whites and vanilla until combined. Beat in flour. Stir in rolled oats, flax seed meal, wheat germ, chocolate, cranberries, & walnuts. Dough will be dark, a little sticky & crumbly. Line baking sheets w/parchment paper. Drop by rounded teaspooons 2 inches apart. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Cool on pan for 1 minute then transfer to wire rack. Makes about 40-44 cookies.
