6 oz chicken breast (boiled & cut up) 3 cups of tri-colored coleslaw 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes .5 cup of beef broth
Boil chicken breast about 20 minutes. Cut up. In a small fry pan add the cabbage and the beef broth. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Add in the chicken, soy sauce, honey and red pepper flakes. Simmer another 5 mins. Stir and plate. Makes about 4 1 cup servings.
