Low Fat Spinach Dip

Ingredients

    1 cup plain yogurt
    6 ounces fresh spinach or half of a box of frozen
    Fresh pepper to taste, 1/4 tsp approximately
    Garlic salt to taste, approximately 1/2 tsp
    4 ounces low fat cream cheese
    1/3 cup low fat mayo
    Ranch dressing mix packet

Directions

Wilt spinach in a pan on medium to medium high heat. Cream cheese and yogurt together. Add mayo. Add seasonings and ranch dressing, mix together. Lastly add spinach. Refrigerate for an hour or two to allow flavors to blend.
