Baked Fries

Introduction

All the taste of a French Fry with a lot less fat! All the taste of a French Fry with a lot less fat!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 large baking potatos peeled and cut into 1/2 in. strips
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 sugar
    3 tsp oil
    2 tsp paprika

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray nonstick baking sheet with nonstick spray. In a large bowl combine potato, 1/4 tsp salt and sugar with cold water and cover. Soak for 15 minutes. Drain and blot dry. In another large bowl put potatos, oil, 1/4 tsp salt & paprika toss together until potatos are coated and put on baking sheet. Turn potatos as they brown until cooked through and crisp. About 45 min. Sprinkle with remaining salt.
