Turkey, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Introduction

Healthy and Quick! This sandwich can easily be made at home or work. No oven required! Under 300 calories! Healthy and Quick! This sandwich can easily be made at home or work. No oven required! Under 300 calories!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup egg beaters (original)
    1 tbsp of diced onions
    1/2 cup of diced red pepper
    2 diced green beans
    1/2 cup of diced tomatoes (or one slice of tomato)
    1/2 oz of mozzarella cheese
    1 whole grain English Muffin
    1 piece of turkey breast (deli slice)
    1/2 tbsp Light Ranch Dressing

Directions

Prep:
- Dice up the onions, red pepper, green beans, and tomatoes. Place to the side.
- Toast english muffin

Cook:
-Place 1/2 cup of egg beaters into a microwave safe bowl.
- Heat for 45 seconds on high
- Place diced items, ranch dressing, and cheese into mixture and stir.
- Microwave for another 20-30 seconds on high.

Place egg mix on english muffin with turkey breast on top (can include in eggs if you would like).
