Ingredients

    20 oz. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 t. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
    1 can tomato soup (10.75oz)

Directions

Combine beef, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties and put in skillet. Combine soup and water and pour over patties. Cover and simmer for 40 min. Enjoy!
