Devon's banana split sundae (yogurt)

Introduction

This is great for breakfast, or even a snack. Try different flavors of yogurt. This is adapted from Devon Alexander's "Most Decadent Diet" cookbook. If you don't have the cookbook - buy it! Ingredients

    1 carton Dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt
    1/2 medium banana
    1/4 cup high fiber cereal (Fiber one)
    1 1/2 tsp. chocolate syrup (trust me - it's enough!)

Directions

Put yogurt in a bowl. Split the banana horizontal and add to bowl, sprinkle cereal over and top with chocolate syrup drizzle.
Enjoy!
