cooked ham - cubed 2 cups
1 small baked potato with skin cubed
2 small uncooked potatos peeled cubed
1 small uncooked yam - skinned
1 cup cubed carrots
2/3 cup flour
salt/pepper to taste
2 cups whole milk
3 Tbls italian bread crumbs
2 Tbls butter
2 quart baking dish;
layer half the ham, white potatos, yam, carrots and onions;
sprinkle half the flour, salt & pepper mix;
repeat the layering.
pour milk over top, cover and bake for 45min to 1 hour.
just as the potates are getting tender, remove cover.
Melt butter and mix in bread crumbs - sprinkle over top and bake 15 minutes more.
