Cinnamon Apple Pork

Ingredients

    Ingredients
    1 (8oz) pork tenderloin
    1 apple, peeled, cored & diced
    1 Tbsp cornstarch
    1 Tbsp raisins
    tsp cinnamon

Directions

Place the pork tenderloin in a roasting pan
In a bowl, combine apple, cornstarch, raisins,and cinnamon
Spoon around the pork tenderloin; cover and bake at 400 for 40 minutes
Remove the lid and spoon the apple mixture over the tenderloin
Bake for another 15-20mins, until the tenderloin is browned and cooked thoroughly
