Introduction

Quick and easy way to use up the venison from the deer everyone keeps giving us. Quick and easy way to use up the venison from the deer everyone keeps giving us.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb ground venison
    1Tbs Olive oil
    1 onion
    4 cloves garlic
    1 jar spaghetti sauce (your choice) or tin of tomatoes

Directions

Heat oil in large saucepan and add onion and garlic until softened. Add Venison and stir until browned. Add spaghetti sauce and stir occasionally until hot. Serve over pasta of your choice.
