Bacon and Eggs Casserole




Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    18 eggs, beaten
    1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup low fat sour cream
    1/4 cup green onions
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients except bacon. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into 8 squares. One serving = one square.
