Lighter Caesar Dressing

Introduction

A lighter twist on the old classic- A creamy dressing with all the flavor of the classic Caesar but less fat, and no raw eggs! A lighter twist on the old classic- A creamy dressing with all the flavor of the classic Caesar but less fat, and no raw eggs!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 Garlic Cloves
    3T Lemon Juice (fresh is best)
    1T Worcestershire
    1t Anchovy Paste or 2 Filets
    2 oz Parmesano Reggiano- grated
    9 T Kraft Light Mayo
    Black Pepper- to taste
    Enough cold waterto bring to 1 cup

Directions

Place garlic, lemon juice, worcesershire, anchovy paste (or filets) into a blender. Blend for 1 minute. Add cheese and blend 30 seconds. Add mayo and blend until combined. Add enough cold water to make 1 full cup. Add black pepper to taste.
