Dee's Clam Chowder

Ingredients

    1 onion
    3 stalks celery
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    .75 cup fresh mushrooms
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 cup turnips
    3 small potatoes
    16 oz canned clams with juice
    8 oz clam juice
    24 oz canned fat free evaporated milk

Directions

Sautee onion and celery in Olive Oil and put in crock pot. Add all other ingredients except milk. Cook on high for 3 hours (low for 6.) Last hour of cooking add in the evaporated milk. Salt & Pepper to taste.
