Ingredients
-
2 cups Betty Crocker Original Bisquick mix (yellow box)
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
2 large eggs
4 ripe bananas squashed down to a pulp
4 Tblsp Flax ground meal
4 TblSp Wheat Germ
3/4 cup almonds chopped VERY finely
Directions
Makes 14 pancakes about 5 inches wide.
Preheat griddle to 300 degrees (if using a griddle)
Mix the eggs, milk, and bananas in a small bowl and set aside. Mix all the other ingredients into a large bowl with a fork or whisk. Mix the wet stuff in with the dry stuff, the batter will be slightly lumpy. Cook until edges look dry before you flip to the second side.
We put peanut butter and honey on top instead of syrup and butter- my picky kids LOVE this!
