Ingredients

    2 breast halves, skinless, pounded flat with rolling pin
    1/4 cup flour
    Salt, and other spices
    2 t. butter
    2 t. olive oil
    quantity of sliced musrooms
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. water
    1 cube bouillon cube, chicken
    1 t. cornstarch
    parsley, pepper, etc.

Directions

Pound chicken breast. Cut in twoAdd salt and pepper, etc. to flour. Dredge in flour, brown in oil and butter. remove
add mushrooms to pan, cook, add garlic at the end.
boil water, add cube, add cornstarch, and add to mushrooms, stir until thickened. Add chicken and simmer until heated through. Add some parsley etc. at the end.
