Turkey meatballs

Number of Servings: 23

Ingredients

    20 oz package (Jennie-O) ground turkey BREAST
    1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs (Ian's whole wheat)
    1/2 cup quick oats
    1 extra large egg
    1/2 cup chopped raw onion
    1/2 cup carrot strips
    1 Tbs. dried parsley flakes
    1 Tbs. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and make into 23 meatballs.
Spray skillet lightly with cooking oil spray
Turn off on medium heat to brown all sides
Cook on medium-low until cooked through (approximately 30-40 minutes)
