Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground pork (finely ground)
    2 T light soy sauce
    2 T rice wine
    1 t fresh ginger
    1/2 t white pepper
    1 T sesame oil
    1 T green onion
    1 egg white
    1 T cornstarch
    1 t salt
    4 T chopped bamboo shoots or water chestnuts
    2 cloves crushed garlic

    1 package gyoza skins (fresh wonton wrappers)

Directions

Mix ingredients together (food processor or by hand). Put 1T into the center of each wonton wrapper and bring up sides. arrange in an oiled bamboo steamer and steam on high for 15 min.
