Corn Bread

Ingredients

    1 cup corn meal
    1 cup flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tblsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup fat free milk
    1 egg

Directions

Mix all ingredients, using wire whisk; batter will remain lumpy. Pour into greased 9x9x2 pan. Bake at 425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and top springs back at touch.
