Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 - 15 oz cans of garbanzo beans
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    4 tsp chili powder
    4 tsp garam masala
    4 tsp turmeric
    8 Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
    salt to taste

Directions

Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes. Add the spices and cook for 3 minutes. Add the garbanzo beans, some of the cilantro and the salt. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with remaining cilantro.
