Introduction

Ingredients

* 97% lean turkey breast (ground), 16 oz
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
*1 green bell pepper
* Garlic,(2 cloves)
* Zucchini, baby, 3 large
* canned tomatoes - no salt added - whole can
* *Kuner's no salt added chili beans- whole can
* *Kuners No Salt Added Black Beans (Strained & Rinsed), 1.5 cup
* Great Value no salt added whole kernel corn -whole can
* **McCormick reduced sodium chili mix
* *1 can hunt's tomato paste
* *1 can fire roasted tomatos
extra virgin olive oil
Directions
*Cut up onion/garlic/zucchini--sautee in 1 tsp olive oil until opaque
*in seperate pan-brown turkey
*In large pot-combine sauteed veggies and turkey.
*Stir in spices, add canned veggies, tomato paste
(use juices from all canned veggies)
*Salt and pepper to taste
(I added extra chipotle powder to make it spicier)
*Simmer Uncovered for 30-45 min until flavors combine
makes approx 10 1 cup servings
