Ingredients

    1 lb. Fat Free Cottage Cheese
    4 Tb Natural Peanut Butter (less sugar than what one normally buys)
    2 Cups Whole Grain Oats
    3 Scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder

Directions

Well this one is pretty easy, just put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix with a fork. You're done.
You can form these into bars to wrap them up individually or just keep it in the bowl and eyeball portions. however once again I want to remind you that this does need to be refrigerated due to the cottage cheese.
