Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups homemade salsa
    2 cups Ragu or other tomato sauce
    2 cans of navy beans
    2 cans of peas, pureed
    2 large cans of chicken, drained
    a large bunch of fresh cilantro
    2 cups of cooked brown rice
    Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle or Fiesta Lime

Directions

Throw it all in a pot and heat to steaming hot. Then serve with grated Cabot Cheddar Cheese (not included in calorie tally)
