Very Tasty! My kids loves them! My batter came out a little too thick, so I think next time I think I will use more milk to thin it out a bit. I will definitely make this recipe again! - 5/4/10

Just finished making these. Excellent! I've never made pancakes from scratch but these come out so delicious. This is a keeper in my book. The batter didn't exactly make 12 servings, I got 5 medium-large pancakes which suits me perfectly. - 2/13/11

Beware: the nutritional analysis doesn't include the oil.

I made these this morning, added 4 Tbsp of flax meal to the batter and sprinkled frozen blueberries on the cooking batter. They were very good. - 6/6/10

We really enjoyed them. I cut the recipe in half and it was perfect. The only change I made to the recipe was using egg whites. Still tasted good and lowered the cholesterol. - 2/14/11

My hubby and son ate them right up! I doubled the recipe, used soy milk (my son is lactose-intolerant), and threw in 1/4 c of ground flax. I will DEFINITELY be making these again! - 9/1/10

These were a hit with both kids and parents! Very yummy! The batter was a little thin, so I added a little ground flax for more fiber. I also added cinnamon to part of the batter. - 5/17/10

  • Good recipe, although both times I made it I found it a bit dense. It could be due to the winter heat -- I added about 1/4 cup of water and it was fixed. The second time I added a tsp of pumpkin spice and it gives it a new dimension. But you can add just about anything to pancakes for flavor. - 1/20/13

  • I mde these in my waffle maker, and they were delicious! The recipe didn't yeild 12 waffles for me (my waffle maker must make larger waffles than the standard size), so I'll have to adjust the nutrition info. - 12/21/12

  • Unfortunately when I reached the last step of the recipe I realized that I was out of milk and had to make my own using water and skim milk powder, ick. But even with that said, these turned out great! I love them.
