Chinese Chicken Roll Ups

Introduction

Mu Shoo type chicken Mu Shoo type chicken
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    5 Tb. hoisin sauce
    5 Tb. light soy sauce
    1/4 C. brown sugar, packed (use brown sugar substitute for fewer calories)
    1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size peices
    1 16 oz. bag of cle slaw mix

Directions

In a small bowl, mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch.

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Add the chicken and garlic and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
Add the Cole slaw mix and cook for 5 minutes, until wilted.
Add the sauce to the skillet and cook until heated through.

Meanwhile, heat the tortillas according to the package instructions.

Serve by spooning the chicken mixture over the tortillas and rolling them burrito style.

The total calories really depend on what kind of tortillas you use and how much you put on each. I put in 4 serving to calculate the calories here.

For a slightly more Asian flavor you can add some ginger and a tiny bit of sesame oil.
