Chicken Vegetable Soup

Introduction

I had a chicken breast that needed to be cooked (1/2 of large one). I was hankering for some good soup and decided to throw this together. I had a chicken breast that needed to be cooked (1/2 of large one). I was hankering for some good soup and decided to throw this together.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1/2 whole chicken breast, skinned and deboned
    2 c. chopped carrots
    3 stalks celery chopped
    1/2 larg onion chopped
    6 cups fat free chicken broth/stock
    2 cups chopped green cabbage
    salt & pepper to taste
    Beau Monde to taste

Directions

Cook chicken breast in chicken broth. When cool enough to handle chop into cubes. Add rest of ingredients to soup pot with broth and chicken and boil until veggies are done. Add salt & pepper to taste.

I divided this into 5 equal portions, did not measure the amounts.
