    24 oz fat free or low fat cottage cheese
    3/4 to 1 cup splenda
    2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Just blend until smooth and refrigerate. serving size is 2 tbl. spoon

  • I liked it but decided to half it, add a tsp of cinnamon and keep the splenda at a full half cup. It was so good and low fat I used it on cupcakes and couldn't tell the difference:) - 5/16/10
