French Onion Soup

Ingredients

    3lbs sliced yellow onions
    1T olive oil
    1T vegetable oil

    1 no sodium added vegan bouillon (reconsituted 2c.)
    1 each reduced sodium beef and chicken bouillon (reconstituted 1c. each)

Directions

Saute onions in oil. Let them get really brown
Add bouillion. Scrap up fond, cover, and let simmer 40 minutes.
