dairy free chicken and dumplings

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 can low sodium chicken broth
    2 chicken breasts
    2 cups carrots
    2 cups celery
    2 cups frozen peas
    1 cup water
    spices
    corn starch for thickening

Directions

Place all ingredients in crock pot, except peas and corn starch. Cook on high for 8-10 hours. Shred chicken with fork, add peas and corn starch and let thicken. Serve over biscuits.
