Ingredients

    4 egg whites
    0.25 cup fat free cottage cheese
    0.25 cup Kraft Free shredded cheddar
    0.25 cup 2% milk
    2 Tbsp. thick and chunky salsa

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in an oven-safe bowl and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
If in a hurry, can microwave for one minute on high or until completely risen and done.
