I love when I throw things in the crockpot and they actually taste good! That's where this one came from - protein rich, filling stew with very little calories! Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts (no skin, no bones, uncooked)
    1 cup dried lentils
    1 cup raw mushrooms, cut up into big chunks
    1/2 red onion, cut into big chunks
    3 garlic cloves, cut into big chunks
    4 cups chicken broth

Directions

Put everything into a crockpot, cook on low overnight. Enjoy! Makes 4 1.5 cup servings - weight watchers followers, it's 4 pts. each serving!
