2 medium potatoes, scrubbed and diced
3 medium celery stalks, sliced
5 cups broccoli florets
2 cups water
3 cups plain rice milk, divided
2 teaspoons dried italian seasoning
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 - 4 tablespoons Sesame seeds
Add 3 cups rice milk, italian seasoning salt, and black pepper. Blend with hand blender for about 60 seconds, or until completely smooth.
Dry roast sesame seeds then add soy sauce.
Dish into bowls, top with sesame seeds.
Makes 8 - 1 cup servings
