1/2 C or 3.5 oz of unpoped popcorn
1 tsp of coconut oil
In a 3 qt saucepan add 1 tsp of coconut oil (if you don't shake well you will burn the popcorn. I measured 1 level tsp but to make sure you don't burn consider a bit more oil. Add popcorn once the oil melts and shake until the popcorn stops popping.
My pan was 3/4ths full or a generous 2+ qts of popped corn or approx 3C per person.
