Ingredients

Mashed Potatoes
1 1/3 Betty Crocker Potato Buds
1 1/2 C. boiling water
1/3.C. milk
1 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft)
1 tsp Salt
Casserole
1 C. Cubed Turkey
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp. Thyme
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 C. Milk
1 Tbsp Flour
3/4 C. Mixed Vegetables, frozen,
1 C. Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Make the mashed potatoes
Melt butter and cook the onion and garlic until soft. Add flour and let cook for about a minute. Slowly add milk, if it gets too thick then you can add more milk. Add turkey and mixedveggies. Pour into 2 qt casserole dish. Mix half of the cheese in the potatoes, you can add garlic powder, salt, pepper, any thing you want and then top with the rest and put on top of casserole.
