Chicken, Rice and Veg

Ingredients

    1.5 cup pre-cooked Brown Rice, medium grain
    2 Chicken Breast halves
    2 cups Safeway Select Frozen Mixed Vegetables (Peas, Carrots, Lima Beans, Green Beans, Corn)
    1 Wyler's Chicken Bullion Cube
    1 tbsp Minced Onion (dried)
    1 tsp granulated garlic
    1 cup water

Directions

Dice chicken in to small pieces and saute in wok with garlic and onion. Dissolve bullion in 1 cup hot water. Add rice, vegetables and bullion broth to wok, cover. Allow rice to absorb some of the broth and the veg to get hot.
