Introduction

Low - and - Slow Sloppy Joes from WW Momentum Cookbook (with turkey instead of beef) Low - and - Slow Sloppy Joes from WW Momentum Cookbook (with turkey instead of beef)
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.0 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 9 tsp packed (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)

Directions

spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat to brown turkey.

Transfer turkey to slow cooker and stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.

Serving is 1/2 cup - serve with sandwich or hamburger buns (not included in nutrition information)
