Amazing Spinach Dip

Amazing Spinach Dip

Introduction

Awesomeness found on the back of can - Hands down BEST spinach dip I've had. I actually add a bit more of the spinach than the recipe calls for since it IS spinach dip!
Perfect served with tortilla chips (not included in stats), in fact... Toss in some black beans and/or chicken serve with tortillas or rice instead of chips and call it dinner!

  • Did not add the green chili peppers and used regular diced tomatoes. We are NOT a spicy household. Was a side for our chicken. - 1/5/10
