9 cups cucumbers, sliced
1 cup of onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup of white vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
Drain well and pack into clean jars.
Mix sugar, vinegar and celery seed. Mix well and continue stirring while filling the jar of pickles.
Let set in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks before eating.
Will keep for months in refrigerator.
Makes 36 servings.
