Ready To Eat Pickles

Introduction

Easy to make, delicous homemade pickles Easy to make, delicous homemade pickles
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    9 cups cucumbers, sliced
    1 cup of onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup of white vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed

Directions

Sprinkle the salt over the pickles and onion and let them set for 3 hours.

Drain well and pack into clean jars.

Mix sugar, vinegar and celery seed. Mix well and continue stirring while filling the jar of pickles.

Let set in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks before eating.

Will keep for months in refrigerator.

Makes 36 servings.
