3 large chicken breasts
20 club red fat crackers (crushed)
1/2 cup milk (may need more)
1/2 cup flour (may need more)
salt & pepper to taste
Dredge the chicken thru the flour, then the milk, and then the crushed crackers (pressing on the chicken firmly).
Bake at 400 on roasting rack until golden and chicken cooked thru (20-35 min) depending on size of breasts.
