This potato soup is especially good on a cold night. This potato soup is especially good on a cold night.

Ingredients

    4 medium to large potatoes, cubed
    1 can evaporated milk
    water
    1 tsp butter
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cube potatoes. You can peel or leave the skins, your choice. Fill a pot about 1/2 way with water and set it to boil. Add the potatoes, evaporated milk and butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 6 1-cup servings. My family likes to eat this with cornbread or crackers.
