Black Bean Stuffed Peppers

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)
    Salsa, .75 cup (remove)
    *Bell Pepper, Green, 1 large, 4 serving (remove)
    *Cheddar Cheese fat free Kraft Shredded, 0.50 cup (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, .25 tbsp (remove)
    *Cumin - ground (1 tsp), .25 tsp (remove)

Directions

Cook onion in skillet w/ nonstick spray and add seasonings. Mix with black beand and salsa and put in peppers. Put cheese on top.

Add corn if you need more.

Crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.
