1-1/4 cups water (70° to 80°)
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups plus 2 tablespoons bread flour
1-3/4 teaspoons instant yeast
Press the "Loaf" button (on the upper right) one time, until a little arrow points up in the middle of the timer screen (for 1-1/2 lb loaf).
Press the "Crust Color" button (on the lower right) two times until 1L shows up in the screen (for light crust).
Press the "Start" button.
Makes a 1-1/2 lb loaf.
