2 cups all purpose flour 3/4 cups wheat germ 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2 large eggs 1 cup 2% milk 2/3 maple syrup 1/4 cups canola oil
Grease a 9x5 loaf pan. Preheat over to 350 degrees. In medium bowl combine flour, wheat germ, baking powder and baking soda. In separate bowl combine eggs, milk, syrup and oil. Combine dry and liquid ingredients, mix well. Pour batter into pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
